He is survived by: his stepmother Bertha Chapman; his former wife Karen Elaine Barb; his children, Renee Straka (John), Scott Chapman (Lisa) and Butch Chapman (Casey); his grandchildren, Austin, Alec, Jamison, Kendel, Dylan, Thomas, Noah, Carter and Samuel; and his great grandchildren, Sheridan, Rayah, Aria, Arianna, Silas and Cora.
