He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Saunders and Virginia M. Saunders; his brother Stephan L. Saunders; and his nephew Shawn E. Dailey. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph B. Saunders III of Bangor, ME and Karen Saunders Pollard of Henrico County, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several very good friends.
