He is survived by : his wife Diann Rucker Peters; his children, Edward Preston Peters, Jr. (Martha Sue) of Natural Well, Julie Ann Peters Rucker of Natural Well and Deborah Sue Peters Swearengin (Eddie) of Warm Springs; his grandchildren, Ashley Vaughan (Jonathan), Brian Rucker (Jessica), Cassie Standford (Michael), Levi Peters (Ashley Farmer) and Allison Swearengin (Jimmy); his great grandchildren, Carter Rucker, Emory Vaughn and Emersen Rucker; and his sister Maxine Peters Smith of Callaghan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
