He is survived by : his parents, Jay Owen Hiner, Jr. of Hot Springs and Debbie Lee Baldwin of Hot Springs; his children, Gabriella Rose Arnott of Franklin, Sean Patrick Joseph Arnott of Staunton, David Byron Arnott of Highland County, Jeffrey William Scott Crouse, Jr. of Eagle Rock and Kim Arnott of Highland County; his granddaughter Ava May Rebecca Mauzy of Franklin; his siblings, Chipper (Penny Hiner) of Covington, Brandon of Hot Springs, Brycen of Hot Springs, Braiden Hiner of Hot Springs, Missy Auldrige (Beckner Chaplin, Jr.) of Hot Springs and Judith Hiner of Hot Springs; his grandmother Nina Frances Baldwin of Hot Springs; the mother of his children Barbara Moyers of Highland County; his nephews, Caleb Hiner, Chance and Aydin Auldridge; and also Glen Stiltner of Covington, Virginia.

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses.
