We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2025, at the age of 94, Myrtle Ryder of Hot Springs, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Paul Ryder, Sr.; her parents, Noah Jacob Rucker and Birdie Nestor Rucker; her brothers, David Rucker and Noah Warren Rucker; and her nephew Warren Alan "Chuckie" Rucker.
She is survived by: her children, Herbert Paul Ryder, Jr. (Linda) of Covington, Vickie Lynn Ryder of Hot Springs and Karen Ryder Ward (Marlon) of Hot Springs; her grandsons, Christopher Paul Ryder, Anthony Chad Ward (Julia) and Jared Alan Ward (Dani); her great grandchildren, Isa Ward, Luka Ward, Nathaniel Ward and Gabriel Ward; and her nieces, Sherry Kimberlin and Sharon Rucker Robertson (Howard Lynn).
