He is survived by: his wife Thelma "Sis" Wooldridge; his daughters, Tammy McGuire (Calvin), Chessie Frye (Dale), Tanya Smeltz (David) and Amanda Wooldridge; his grandchildren, Blair, Taylor Davis (Emory), Jacob McGuire, Nicholas Frye, Haley Owens (Dylan), Colby Smeltz, Blake Smeltz, Summer Smeltz (Joe) and Colton Frye; and his great grandchildren, Silas Davis, Elizabeth Davis, Preston Davis and Georgia Owens.
