He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. "Bobby" Hancock and Dorothy Arthur Hancock; his sister Wanda Brown; and his brother-in-law Raymond Kidd. He is survived by: his wife Alice Hancock; his daughters, Angela Hancock Dowe (Harry Minnick) and Keri Hancock Hill (Andrew Hill); his grandsons, Christian Reid (Alesia), Adam Hill and Michael Hill; his great grandchildren, Reuben Portillo, Corbin Reid and Amara Reid; his siblings, Robert B. "R. B." Hancock Jr. (Mary Kay) and Carolyn Mitchell (Charles); and his siblings-in-law, Rolen, Joan Burnette and Joyce Kidd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.
