He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Perry and Lucy Falls Perry. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Stelle Perry; his sons, Layne Perry (Sherri) and Dean Perry (Angela); his grandchildren, Donnie Perry (Jaina), Gershom Perry (Brittney), Rain Cornwell (Nick), Nicholas Perry (Rachell) and Alexis Perry; his great grandchildren, Keira Perry, Emory, Johnmark Cornwell and Jasper Perry; and his sisters, Irene Snyder, Vera Lea Legge (Eddie) and Wanda Williams.
