She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Tester and Joann May Hess. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Gary Dotson of Hurley, VA; her daughters, Amber Leann Matney (Gregory) of Hurley, VA and Janie Elane Dotson Martin (Ryan) of Gainesville, GA; her sisters, Vickie Justus of Hurley, VA, Jill Hess of Hurley, VA and Leisa Smith (Kelly) of Burlington, NC; and her great-nieces, Madalynn Barton, Eliza Wolford and Elaina Wolford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
