He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil Duty and Edna Estep Duty; and his brother Randel Duty. He is survived by: his half-sister Renita Jayne Hess of Grundy, VA; his nephew Randall Craig Duty of Cleveland, OH; his niece Emily Willis (Jessee) of Abingdon, VA; and his great-niece Scarlett Willis. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
