He is survived by: his sister Karen Worley (Sam) of Gretna; his niece Crystal Grubbs (Jason); his nephew Bo Worley (Megan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon Grubbs, Jared Grubbs, Brantley White, Chandler Worley, Cassadee Grubbs, Preslee Worley and Delilah Worley.
