He was predeceased by: his sister Deanna Adkins; and his grandfathers, Wesley Adkins and Charles Rader. He is survived by: his parents, Dean Adkins (Cindy Dinkle) of Hurt and Michele Rader Emerson (Steve) of Motley; his sons, Grayson Adkins, Jexton Adkins, Remington Adkins and Kolton Adkins; his grandmothers, Carolyn Adkins and Betty Rader; and his half-brother Scott Childress. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
