She is survived by: her son Charlie Lee Clay of Hurt, Virginia; her niece Frances Padilla (family: Tammy Leach, Virginia, Shirley Anderson, Virginia) of Hurt; and her caregivers, Candice, Chloe, Leland, Jamie and Christina.
