She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Sexton and Alice Bolt Sexton; her husband Rex Chandler; and her siblings, Alma Jo Sexton, Betty Martin, Mary Ring, Donald Ray Sexton, Dale Sexton and Glen Sexton.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Chandler (Shannon) of Ennice; her grandchildren, Avery Chandler (Shyanne Perry) of Glade Valley and Donna Osborne (Christopher) of Wilkesboro; her sisters, Frances Armstrong of Boston, MA, Janet Johnson of Goshen, IN and Angie Paisley (Gale) of Hiddenite; and her close friend Cathryn Hash of Independence. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
