He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Marty Ray and Deborah Kay (Bolyard) Turner; wife: Katlyn Ann (Morgan) Turner; sons: Liam Turner and Kaison Turner; sister: Ashley Turner (Zack); grandmother: Jo Ann Turner; grandfather: Charles Bolyard; in-laws: Rick and Joyce Morgan; grandparents (preceded in death): Ralph Turner and Ruth Bolyard; and several special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morgan Funeral Home (13411 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Reedsville, WV 26547). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Gladesville Cemetery (201 Gladesville Cemetery Road, Independence, WV 26374).
