He was predeceased by: his wife Libby Webb; his grandson Michael Phipps; and his brothers, Robert Webb and Glenn Webb. He is survived by: his sons, Leon Webb, Jr. and Craig; his daughter-in-law Deborah Webb; and his daughter Terry Ramey of Independence, Virginia. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
