With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara Ruth Handy Hart (Independence, Virginia), who passed away on April 13, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Jake Handy and Wilma Cornett Handy; her husband Scott Hart; her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Sid Finklea of Mouth; her granddaughters, Megan (Anthony Miller) and Sarah (Josh Denny); her great grandchildren, Elijah and Vera Miller of Lexington, Kentucky; and her sisters, Becky (Donnie Reedy) and Virginia (Debbie Hodge).
