With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernest Alpheus Pritchard Jr. in Independence, Virginia, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on November 25, 2022 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Pritchard and Doris Pritchard; and his sister Dee Dee Borum. He is survived by: his wife Scottie Pritchard; his children, Matthew Pritchard (Stacy) of Chesterfield, VA, Grayson Pritchard (Sarah) of Harrisonburg, VA, Ernie Pritchard (Amy) of Rochester, NY and Gini Greenlaw (Robert) of Fredericksburg, VA; and his brother-in-law Robert Borum. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, a great granddaughter, as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
