Frankie Hill Phipps Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Hill Phipps of Independence, Virginia, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Hill-Gullion and Ruth Idol Hill-Gullion; her husband Bobby Phipps (Robert); her son Johnny Phipps; her grandsons, Matthew Hash and Michael Phipps; and her brother Kenneth Hill (Buck).

She is survived by : her children, Robin Crawford (Rusty) of Independence, VA, Becky Cole (Gary) of Mt. Airy, NC and Jeffery Phipps (Christine) of Independence, VA; her grandchildren, Staci Galyean, Kristen White, Hailey Brown, Olivia Phipps, Tabitha Phipps, Brandon Cole and Daniel Crawford; her great grandchildren, Jacob Scout, Blakely, Ethan, Ella, Zack, Catlin, Paul and Henry; her close friend John; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Hill and Dale Phipps.
