He was predeceased by: his parents, John Arthur Mouser and Pearl Genevieve Sharps Mouser; his wife Betty June Giuliani Mouser; his sisters, Genevieve Ann, Betty Fortney and Sue Born; his sister-in-law Anna Mouser; and his granddaughter Abigail Mouser.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Mouser of Independence, Mark Mouser (Michelle) of Morgantown, Carla Mouser of St. Marys, Georgia, Debbie Conover (John) of Charles Town, Craig Mouser of Independence and Julie Mouser of Mechanicsville, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Andrea Atkinson (Rodney), Robert Mouser (Andrea), Amanda Taylor (Lindsay), Victoria Simon, Benjamin Simon, Jacob Conover, Bobbi Law (Jarod), Cara Conover, Jessi Cox (Tim), Dexter Mouser, John Andrew Emory (MacKenzie) and Aliza Emory; his great grandchildren, Kaleb Atkinson (Halle), Gabriel Catalano, Lincoln Mouser, Emery Mouser, Claire Mouser, Aviana Carrion, Zahra Anderson, Maisenne Law, Callahan Cox and Jax Emory; and his brother Arthur "Tom" Mouser. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
