He is survived by: his mothers, Denny Frank and Diann Plummer Hawks; his wife Natasha Hawks of Independence, Virginia; his daughters, Chelsey Hawks of Galax, Virginia and Destiny (Josh Testerman); his grandchildren, Austin Upchurch, Dixie McMickle and Alexis Testerman; his siblings, Tommy Hawks and Felicia of Galax, Virginia; his brother-in-law Shawn Rector of Galax, Virginia; his grandmother Leona Hawks; his nephews, Padan Hawks and Logan Hawks; his mother-in-law Lois Akers; his brother-in-law Isaac Melton; and his close friend Jax.
