He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Osborne and Roscoe Osborne; his sisters, Lorene Pickeral and Shirley Menendez; and his nephew Michael Osborne.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Spencer Osborne of Independence, VA; his stepdaughter Lisa Hash (Greg) of Mouth; his grandchildren, Amanda Hoback, Becky of Independence, VA., CJ Funk of Independence, VA., Emily of Independence, VA., Jeff Wolfe of Independence, VA., David Hash (Rebecca) of Independence, VA., Sandy of Independence, VA. and Austin Edwards of Independence, VA.; his great grandchildren, Cole, Lexi Smith, Logan, MacKenzie Funk, Abel, Hazel Wolfe, Emma, Brantley, Brayden and Amelia Hash; and his siblings, Dale Osborne (Faye), Dean Osborne (June), Harold Osborne (Karen) and Joyce D'lauro (John).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Faith Church (343 Hilltop Dr, Independence, VA 24348). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
