She was predeceased by: her father Alvin; her grandmother Roten Atwood; her former husband Rush "Butch" Harrington; her husband Jack Ireson; her son Charles Randall Harrington; her siblings, Betty Shaw and Dale (Elizabeth Atwood); and her nephew Jimmy Atwood.
She is survived by: her brother Dean Atwood of Sparta, NC; her nephew David Shaw of North Carolina; and her stepsons, Bob Ireson of North Carolina and David Ireson of Washington, DC..
