He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hale and Nannie Phipps Boyer. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley; his son-in-law Jose Wengerd of Independence, VA; his sister Carol Noblett of Independence; and his grandson Liam Wengerd of Independence.
