She is survived by: her sons, Steven Self and Tim Self (Stephanie); and her grandchildren, Matthew Self, Brandon Self, Steven Self, Corey Self, Kayleigh Self, Justin Cammarata and Ryan Cammarata. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
