She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Michelle Turenne, Betsy Haworth and Bill Turenne, Jr.; and her caregiver Mae Eden Colobong.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Wicomico Parish Church (5191 Jessie Ball DuPont Highway, Wicomico Church, VA 22579). A reception was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Indian Creek Country Club (362 Club Dr, Kilmarnock, VA 22482).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that contributions be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, in the hope that someday this terrible disease will no longer steal our able-bodied loved ones from us.
