He is survived by: his wife Joanne Sayers Dunford; his children, Lisa (Danny Taylor), Tracy (Gregg Haga) and Shane Dunford of Ivanhoe; his grandchildren, Joshua (Abby Taylor), Zackary (April Taylor), Michael (Lindsay Haga), Cadence Dunford (Averey Turner) and Tristan Dunford; and his great grandchildren, Jaxton Taylor, Mallory Taylor and Releigh Turner.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reese Funeral Home (2214 Austinville Rd, Austinville, VA 24312). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Odd Fellows Cemetery (200 Kings Chapel Rd, Ivanhoe, VA 24350).
