He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Albert Carroll Sr. and Christine Binns Wynn; his stepfather William H. Wynn Jr.; and his son Charles Albert Carroll III. He is survived by: his granddaughter Jamie Langley; his sister Joyce Sampson of Hampton, VA; and his presences, George King of Suffolk, VA, William A. Wynn III (Vanessa) of Petersburg, VA, Ricky L. Wynn (Shelly) of Newport News, VA, Steven Carroll of Newport News, VA and Lennon Wynn (Charlotte) of Hampton, VA.. He is also survived by five brothers.
