He is survived by: his children, Roylee Fish (Susan), Summer Lee, Wendy Blythe and Noell Heath-Matney (Shawn); his brother-in-law Kenneth Horne; his close friend Carolyn Moncus; his grandchildren, Bryan Lee (Allison), Phillip Lee (Kristan), Nathan O'Berry (Christina), Justin Ashley (Alexandria), Patrick Blythe (Amanda), Texie Sackett (Cory) and Annabell Heath-Matney; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Miles Lee, Robbie, Makenzie Lee, Brecken, Laine O'Berry, Vada, Luna Ashley, Maddie Brown, Emerson Blythe, Mila and Scarlett Sackett. He is also survived by His many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
