He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ware and Rydie Ware; and his wife JoAnn Balderson Ware. He is survived by: his sons, Curtis (Beverly), Samuel (Diane) and David (Sarah); his grandchildren, Kashae and Airiana Beverley; and his great grandchild Skylar Beverley.
