She was predeceased by : her parents, Wille Starke and Annie Mae Starke; her husband Joe; and her brother John Starke. She is survived by : her children, Joe (Faith) of Smithfield, VA and Beth (Todd) of Emporia, VA; her grandsons, Joseph IV (Ruth) and Robert; her sister Aletha Armistead (Lewis) of Concord, VA; and her sister-in-law Vivian Havrilla of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
