He is survived by: his wife Antonia "Toni" Vargas-Hinkle; his stepsons, Harold A. Ruby and Peter Elliott Ruby (Mary); his grandchildren, Kera Elizabeth Ruby and Jack Elliott Ruby; his brother Charles Jack Hinkle (Margaret); and his nephews, Luke Corliss Hinkle (Page) and Charles Jack Hinkle (Amanda).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (303 S Halifax Rd, Jarratt, VA 23867). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Emporia Cemetery.
