He was predeceased by: his parents, David James Harrell and Emily Smith Harrell; and his former wife Florence Marie Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Harrell; his children, Lori Harrell Keller (Ed) and David Eric Harrell; his stepchildren, David Francis Yoder (Jessica), William Lee Yoder (Kara), Dawn Marie Watts (Gary) and Jonna Dee Harrell; his grandchildren, Zachary Daniel Keller, David Edward Keller (Michaela), Sarah Elizabeth Harrell and Rebecca Paige Harrell; his stepgrandchildren, Saydee Marie Yoder, Wesley Harrell Yoder, Katie Yoder, Karli Yoder, Collin Watts and Sydney Watts; and his caregiver Margaret Temple.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (303 S Halifax Rd, Jarratt, VA 23867). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
