He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Harrell Moore; his son Jamie Moore; his granddaughter Julie Moore; and his siblings, Sanford Moore, Jr., Linwood Earl Moore and Barbara Lee Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Franklin B. "Pete" Moore, Jr. (Kathy), Timothy Scott Moore (Lora) and Debbie Moore; and his brother John Wayne Moore (Deanna). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
