He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kenneth Lotts and Charlene Rankin Lotts; and his sister Frances Lotts Clarke. He is survived by: his sister Vicki Lotts Pace; his wife Brenda; his children, Rebecca Wetherington (Todd Wetherington), Jerry Dale Lotts Jr. and Alisha Lee; and his grandson Dylan Wetherington. He is also survived by his best friend Dave Wood, nieces and nephews, and many extended family members, friends.
