He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Buddy" Harrell and Wilma W. Harrell; and his siblings, Janet H. Dunnavant, Beverly H. Gibson and Glenn E. Harrell.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Noelle Reekes, Kimberly Triplet, Randall Moseley (Jen), Kyle Moseley (Cindy) and Todd Moseley (Donna). He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews and many heartfelt friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to a favorite charity.
