She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas O. "Tommy" Simmons, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Sandra S. Rae (Wayne), Kenneth L. Simmons (Nancy) and James T. "Jimmy" Simmons (Debra); and her grandchildren, Wayne Lee Rae, Jr. (Carol), Anne Marie Newborg (Will), Dennis Edward Simmons (Maggie) and Kristen Nicole Wooten (Hass). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
