He is survived by: his wife Betty J Milbourne; his children, Michele L White (Lawrence) and David W Milbourne Jr.; his grandchildren, Gregory D Brown III, Zachary J Brown, Baylee N Brown and Chloe J White; and his sisters, Frances Settle Lawrence, Ruby Settle Clements and Martha Settle Wisecarver.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jeffersonton Community Center (5073 Jeffersonton Rd, Jeffersonton, VA 22724).
