She is survived by: her children, Anthony J "Jay" Sieber of Fredericksburg, VA, Kenneth R "Kenny" Sieber (Angel) of Winchester, VA and Sondra Kristine "Krissy" Sieber Dunn (Mark) of Fredericksburg, VA.; her daughter-in-law Pamela J Sieber; her grandchildren, Lisa Marie, Carrie, Kristi, Emma, Curtis, Jessica, Brian, Thomas, Heather and Travis; her parents, Ralph Herold and Omeda Ellen Cook Halsey; her siblings, Sidney L. Halsey of Florida and Helen R. Halsey Vazquez of North Carolina; and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Sieber Young (Joe) of Las Vegas, NV, Glenn Sieber of Simsbury, CT and Carl Sieber (Christine) of Clearwater, FL.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
