He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Skelton and Richard Skelton; and his brother Warren Skelton. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Skelton; his children, Kimberly Haywood (Seth), Jonathan Skelton (Mackenzie) and Rebecca Marshall (Timothy); his grandchildren, Lucas, Charlotte, Lila, Samual, Lucy, Annabelle Haywood, Michael S. Skelton and Cecil Marshall; and his siblings, Lauren Knochi (Michael) and Marshall Skelton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
