He is survived by: his wife Elaine Spivey; his children, David Spivey (Myranda), Amanda Livesay (Lynn), Alicia Spivey (Scott Baldwin), Christina Cook, Terina Hester (David), Shawn Cook, Carol Thompson (Chance) and Tylan Spivey (Mariah Swope); and his brothers, Wayne Spivey, Jack Spivey and Freddie Spivey. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
