Cooley, Jr.; her children, Charles Cooley, Sharon Cooley and Karen Burkholder; her siblings, Ramona Ritchie (Robert), Weldon Armentrout (Gail) and C. Dennis Armentrout; her grandson Derrick Eppard (Katie); and her great grandchild Elsie Eppard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 6701 Indian Trail Rd, Rockingham, VA 22802.
