He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Elliott and Rosa Clarke Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Puckett Elliott; his children, Wanda E. Anthony of Kenbridge and Bryan Elliott of Cumberland, VA; his siblings, Yvonne Moore of Kenbridge and Robbie Elliott of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Kayla and Benjamin Anthony; and his great grandchild Havyn Carden.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home (110 E 5th Ave, Kenbridge, VA 23944).
