He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Donald Neblett, Sr. and Dorothy Sahnow Neblett; his wife Susan Jeter Neblett; his children, Elizabeth Neblett Schneiderman (Chris) and Charles William Neblett; and his grandchildren, Miles Neblett Schneiderman and Augusta Lillian Schneiderman.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Episcopal Church of St. Paul (512 S Broad St, Kenbridge, VA 23944). A burial will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at the Kenbridge Heights Cemetery.
