She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Donald Neblett, Sr.; and her mother Annie Davis Fleming. She is survived by : her son Charles D. "Donnie" Neblett, Jr. (Susan); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Neblett Schneiderman (Chris) and Charles William "Charlie" Neblett; and her great grandchildren, Miles Neblett Schneiderman and Augusta Lillian Schneiderman.
