He is survived by: his son James Harper (Monica) of Chester, Virginia; his grandchildren, Imanni and Marcus Harper; his siblings, Matthew Thomas Lee (Rita) of Victoria, Virginia and Beulah Sherard of Maryland; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Lee, Kenbridge, Shirley Lee of Victoria, Virginia, Madeline of Victoria, Eva of Victoria and Otelia Lee of Victoria. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
