With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Ruth Collins of Keokee, Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Estep and Margie Estep; her siblings, Jackie Oaks and Larry Estep; her great grandchild Bentley Collins; and her cousin Sue Maggard.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Collins of Keokee; her children, Jeff Collins of Wise, Beverly Collins of Keokee and Loretta Sonnier of Keokee; her grandchildren, Derrick Collins (Maggie) of Derby, Steven Collins of Imboden, Benji Collins of Keokee and Maddie Collins-Skeen (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Halli Collins, Paisley Collins, Winnie Collins and Waylon Collins. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holding Funeral Home, Inc. (17 E 3rd St N, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at the same location.
