Baldwin; his nephew Rigo Alvarez of Keysville, VA; his sisters, Mable Pistorio of Las Vegas, NV, Della Giles of Lynchburg, VA and Charlotte Page (David) of Appomattox, VA; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Winkler of Butler, TN and Thelma Gibbs of Ashville, NC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
