With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Twila J. Collins of Keysville, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Collins; her children, Darrell Wayne Radford, John Allen Radford, Barry Dale Radford and Donna Lynn Johnson; and her siblings, Charles Shockley, James Shockley, Roy Shockley, Bob Shockley, Odema Elliott, Barbara Thornton and Madeline Robinette.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Radford, Sandra Watts (Douglas) and George Clark Jr. (April); and her sister Mary Emerson. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
