She was predeceased by: her husband Mervin Mitchell; her daughter Frances McGinnis; and her parents, John Hearold and Alice Davis Hearold. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Mitchell of Kilmarnock, Iris Treakle of White Stone and Jim Mitchell of White Stone; her grandchildren, Reyne Moore (Mike) of Ohio, Samantha Somers (Thomas) of Reedville, VA, Daphne Brown of Maryland, John Mitchell (Elizabeth) of Mechanicsville, VA and David Treakle of White Stone; and her brothers, Thomas "Sonny" Hearold of Irvington, VA and Bud Hearold of Heathsville, VA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close family members and friends.
